Free Shipping Across India

All orders within India ship free. No minimum order value, no hidden charges — just free standard shipping on every order.

Processing Time

• Standard products: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days
• AI Customized and personalised products: These require 2-3 additional business days for production before dispatch

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders faster than remote areas.

You will get a tracking number via email and WhatsApp once your order ships.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible orders within India for an additional charge of INR 50. This fee covers the handling costs associated with cash collection.

COD is not available for AI Customized or personalised products.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on macmerise.com.

If your tracking information has not updated for more than 3 business days, please reach out to our support team and we will investigate.

Delivery Issues

Wrong address, failed delivery attempt, or package not showing up? Contact us and we will sort it out with the courier.

For packages marked as "delivered" but not received, please check with neighbours and building security first. If the package remains missing, contact us within 48 hours and we will investigate with the courier partner.
