This Privacy Policy covers what personal data we collect, why, how we protect it, and what rights you have. By using our website or buying from us, you agree to the practices described here.

- Payment information — Credit/debit card details, UPI IDs, or net banking information (processed securely by our payment partners; we do not store full card numbers)
- Account information — If you create an account, we store your login credentials (password is encrypted and never stored in plain text)
- Communication data — Messages you send us via email, WhatsApp, or our contact form
- AI Customizer inputs — Text prompts and design preferences you enter when using our AI design tools
Information collected automatically:
- Device and browser data — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution
- Usage data — Pages visited, time spent on pages, products viewed, search queries, referring URLs
- Location data — Approximate location based on your IP address (we do not collect precise GPS location)

Includes Automatic Advanced Matching for improved attribution. Managed through the Facebook & Instagram Shopify app.
- Shopify Analytics — Built-in Shopify analytics for store performance tracking.

How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Payment processors — Razorpay, Shopify Payments, and other payment gateways process your payment securely. They receive only the information necessary to complete transactions.
- Shipping and logistics partners — Delivery partners receive your name, address, and phone number to deliver your orders.
- Shopify — Our e-commerce platform, which hosts our store and processes order data.
- Analytics providers — Google (GA4) and Meta (Pixel) receive anonymised usage data as described above.
- Communication partners — Twilio (for OTP/SMS), WhatsApp Business (for order updates and support).
- Legal obligations — We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or government request.
- Business transfers — In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
All third-party partners are contractually required to use your data only for the purposes we hire them for and to keep it secure.
Data Security
Here is how we protect your data:
- All data transmitted between your browser and our website is encrypted using SSL/TLS (HTTPS)
- Payment information is processed by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors — we never store full card details on our servers

- Analytics data — GA4 data is retained for 14 months. Meta Pixel data follows Meta's data retention policies.
- Support communications — Retained for 3 years from the date of the last interaction

- Right to access — You can request a summary of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to correction — You can ask us to update or correct inaccurate information
