What is Macmerise?
Macmerise makes phone cases, drinkware, apparel, and accessories that actually say something about the person carrying them. We design and manufacture everything in-house at our facility in Mumbai, and we've shipped over 2 million products to more than 700,000 customers across India and beyond.
What started as a gadget accessories brand has grown into a customisation platform. Our AI Customizer lets you generate one-of-a-kind designs for phone cases and t-shirts. No templates, no generic clip art. You describe what you want, and our AI builds it.
Our story
In 2012, Sahil Shah — an unapologetic Apple fanboy — wanted a MacBook decal. The decal cost less than the shipping. That didn't sit right.
So he figured out how decals were made, borrowed a printer, and started making his own. Friends wanted theirs. Then friends of friends. Within months, Sahil, his wife Binal Shah, and his cousin Pathik Shah had turned a guest room in Mumbai into a makeshift workshop, and Macmerise was born.
The name? A brainstorming session gone rogue. "Macnificent" was on the list. So was "Macmerising." They landed on Macmerise — a verb that means giving your gadgets a serious style upgrade.
From that point on, the direction was clear: we won't make what everyone's making. We'll make it our way.
The decal days didn't last long. Customers kept asking where they could get phone cases with the same kind of design. So we answered. Cases became our focus, and the product line kept expanding — tumblers, bottles, laptop sleeves, t-shirts, hoodies. Each category built on the same idea: everyday objects should reflect the person using them.

- Phone Cases — Our flagship category, built for the latest iPhone models and spanning multiple series. The Dopamine Series pairs vibrant artwork with a built-in kickstand. Clarity cases offer crystal-clear protection. The Kickstand Series combines a clear build with a functional stand. And the Situationship Series features artistic, statement-driven designs.
- Apparels — Hoodies and t-shirts featuring curated designs and AI-generated custom artwork. DTG-printed on quality cotton for prints that last. Designed to be worn and noticed.
- Tumblers and Drinkware — Insulated tumblers and bottles with original artwork and customisation options. Built to keep up with your day and look good doing it.
- AI Customisation — Generate unique phone cases and t-shirts from text prompts. Your idea, our technology, a product that's entirely yours.
We design, manufacture, and ship from Mumbai. Every product goes through our in-house team — from concept to packaging.
Our culture
Step into our office and you'll probably hear music, smell food, and find people arguing over font choices. That's a regular Tuesday.
We work hard, laugh harder, and obsess over details that most people won't consciously notice — but will feel. The right radius on a case edge. The weight of a tumbler in your hand. The way a colour looks under warm lighting versus daylight.
