Macmerise has spent 14 years designing products people choose to carry, wear, and use every day. Phone cases, apparel, drinkware, bags, tech accessories. Our corporate gifting programme brings that same approach to branded merchandise. We work with companies across India and internationally to create custom products that represent their brand well enough that people hold onto them long after the event.

We manufacture everything in-house in India across 100+ base products. That means we can handle a 100-piece employee welcome kit or a 10,000-unit product launch giveaway under one roof.

What customisation options are available?

This goes well beyond slapping a logo on a mug.

We treat every corporate project as a design brief, not a print order. Your brand's colour palette, typography, and visual language get built into the product design itself, so the result is something people want on their desk, not in a drawer.

Here's what we can do:

  • Weave your logo into a design concept rather than just stamping it on
  • Create original artwork from your brand guidelines: patterns, illustrations, typography-led designs
  • Use AI design tools to generate print-ready artwork at scale for larger runs
  • Add individual names, employee IDs, or custom messages to each unit
  • Design branded packaging: boxes, tissue paper, thank-you cards. The unboxing matters.

We accept vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) for logos and high-res images (300 DPI minimum, PNG or TIFF). If you have a brand guideline document with Pantone or hex codes, send it along and we'll match every detail.

How does the process work?

Here's what happens from first conversation to delivery:

  1. Brief and discovery. You tell us what you need: the event, the audience, the budget, and any brand guidelines. We ask the right questions to make sure everything fits.
  2. Design development. Our team creates 2-3 design concepts based on your brief. Takes 3-5 business days.
  3. Revisions and approval. We refine based on your feedback. Most projects need 1-2 rounds, which adds 2-5 days.
  4. Sampling. For orders over 500 units, we produce physical samples for sign-off before bulk production. 3-7 days.
  5. Production. Bulk manufacturing runs 5-14 days depending on product type and quantity.
  6. Quality check and delivery. Every batch is inspected with a target defect rate below 2%. Shipping is via DHL Express with tracking, across India and internationally.

Total turnaround is 3-5 weeks from brief to delivery. Rush projects can be compressed to 2-3 weeks. Talk to us about your timeline.

How much does corporate gifting cost?

Pricing varies by product type, quantity, and how much customisation is involved. These per-unit ranges give you a starting point:

  • Phone cases: ₹400 to ₹1,200 per unit (minimum 25-50 units)
  • T-shirts (DTG print): ₹500 to ₹1,200 per unit (minimum 25-50 units)
  • Hoodies: ₹1,000 to ₹2,500 per unit (minimum 25-50 units)
  • Tumblers and mugs: ₹300 to ₹800 per unit (minimum 50-100 units)
  • Tote bags: ₹200 to ₹600 per unit (minimum 50-100 units)

A good rule of thumb: allocate 60-70% of your budget to product cost and the rest to design, packaging, and shipping.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The standard minimum for corporate gifting is 100 pieces. For phone cases and apparel, we can go as low as 25-50 units.

The quality is the same regardless of order size. Every unit goes through the same manufacturing process and uses the same materials as our retail products.

Frequently asked questions

Can you create designs if we don't have artwork ready?

Yes. Our design team can work from your brand guidelines, or even just a logo and a colour palette. We also use AI design tools when timelines are tight. You review and approve everything before production starts.

Do you ship to multiple locations for one order?

We do this regularly. Whether it's five office locations across India or individual addresses for a remote team, we handle the logistics so you don't have to.

Can we order a mix of different products in one order?

Yes, and this is one of our most popular options. You can combine phone cases, mugs, tote bags, and other products into a single branded kit. We handle bundling and packaging in-house.

What if we need the order faster than 3 weeks?

We do rush projects regularly. Depending on product type and quantity, we can get it done in 2-3 weeks. For anything more urgent than that, call us directly and we'll tell you what's realistic.
