Start your order.
Ready to upgrade your everyday? Browse our curated collections until you find the piece that speaks to you. Select your device model, choose your product, and add it to your bag.
Follow the prompts to confirm your shipping details and choose your preferred payment method. Once finished, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number. It's that simple. We’ll also send you a WhatsApp confirmation.
Confirming your Order
For prepaid orders, we get to work immediately. No further confirmation is required on your part.
If you've chosen Cash on Delivery (COD), we'll send a text to your registered number. Just follow the instructions to verify your order. We also send a WhatsApp with a confirmation link. Please click the confirmation link to verify and start the order.
When to expect your delivery.
We process your order within 24 hours. If you're in a major metro city, expect your package in 1–3 working days. For other locations, allow 3 - 5 days for your order to arrive. For remote locations it can take upto 7 days. All shipments are sent from Mumbai.
Shipping rates.
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders over ₹398 within India. For orders below ₹398, a flat rate of ₹40 applies.
Prefer to pay on delivery? A standard ₹50 COD charge is added to your total. International rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.
Track your order.
We'll keep you updated at every step. As soon as your order ships, we'll email and whatsapp you a tracking number and a link to follow your package. You can also reach out to us at +91 7279999888 if you have any questions.
Order cancellations.
We start processing your order almost immediately but we can cancel the order until its shipped. For custom orders, we can cancel it till its printed. If you've had a change of heart, email us quickly at cs@macmerise.com.
Our return process.
We stand by our Return policy. If you aren't satisfied, we'll do our best to make it right. To initiate a return, contact us within 15 days of your order.
Once approved, ship the unused product in its original packaging back to our Mumbai Address. We'll issue store credit within 2–4 working days of receipt and even reimburse your return shipping costs up to ₹100.
Damaged or defective items.
If your package arrives damaged or you discover a defect, we've got you. Notify our team immediately, and we'll send a replacement at no extra cost. Your satisfaction is non-negotiable.
How you can pay.
We support all major payment methods: Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Wallets, Net Banking, and PayPal. For deliveries within India, Cash on Delivery is also available.
Payment issues.
If your payment was interrupted but money was deducted, don't worry. Your bank usually reverses these transactions within 5–7 days. If you're concerned, reach out to us and we'll help verify the status with our payment gateway.

Gift services.
Giving Macmerise as a gift? We offer gift wrapping and personalized notes. Just email your request with your order ID, and we'll handle the rest. Note that invoices are required by law to be included with all shipments.
